When in work, sometime it is hard to differentiate between colleague and friend. When we work together for long time, the relationship will upgrade from colleague to friend.However, issue occurs when problem in work happen. Sometime we need to act as following the company rules and but the friendship aside. This usually will make a lot of misunderstanding since we seems not supporting our friends.
Or it will be good that we keep a distance with our colleague. It will make life more easier. However, we are not working alone. This is the beauty of human relationship in the world.
